At Accurate In-Home Family Care, we guide patients in taking their medication. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, we may be able to help with the client’s medication intake.
In general situations, we remind clients to take their medication on time and to ensure that a prescription refill request has been sent to the pharmacist before their current medication supply runs out.
