• Family Care Safety Registry – if you are NOT already registered with the FCSR, please take the time to register with the FCSR online at their website www.dhss.mo.gov/fcsr the approximate cost to you is ~ $14.25

• St. Louis City and County background check, the approximate cost to you is ~ $10.00

• Each potential applicant – must provide at least 3 references (preferably 2 personal & 1 business reference).
