Our Services Accurate In-Home Family Care’s administrative staff hires only SCREENED and QUALIFIED caregivers. And each caregiver participates in an exclusive orientation program. Our continuing education requirement keeps us at the forefront of the industry, and enables us to care for varying types of needs for individuals of all ages. You have the added security knowing that all of our caregivers are bonded and insured.

Choose among our wide-ranging menu of services and packaged rates, whether it’s for short-term or long-term care, plus we offer a variety of billing options. All of our plans include free consultation, case planning, 24-hour on-call service, back-up support by our staff, regular supervisory visits and periodic reviews with family.

Here are the services that we offer:

Meals Preparation & Planning

Cooking a proper meal requires constant standing and frequent movements from the cupboards, to the refrigerator, to the sink, to the stove, over and over again. Our In-Home CNA attendants are not only good medical providers, most of them are also good cooks. Let us relieve you of this daily task, while you relax as we prepare your favorite dish.

Preparation of fresh, nutritious meals and attention to special dietary needs
When needed feeding assistance
Cook or prep – Breakfast, Lunch, Healthy Snack, and/or Dinner
We will help support and assist with a meals portion control and food group planning
Special attention and planning given to all of our diabetic clients
Before and after each meal we will make sure all cookware and dishware is clean

Medication Set-Up & Reminders

Does your loved one need advance one-on-one personal medical attention, our caring RN’s will come to your home once a week to assist with the overwhelming task of prescription medicine set-up and organization. Our CNA attendant will follow up during the course of the week under the instruction of the RN.

Medication Set-Up, either weekly or monthly done by a Registered Nurse
Medication Review, when to take, how to take, with meals without meals, etc.
Medication Reminder, daily reminders, done by caring CNA attendant
Medication Monitoring
Assist client with the calling in of a new prescription or reorder prescription
Emergency Instructions related to the use and misuse of all medicines

Assistance with Mobility

Our RN & CNA attendants are committed to keeping you mobile.

For bedridden clients basic range of motion positioning and exercise
Basic non-therapeutic range of motion exercise for needed body areas
Human transfer assistance up or down movement, or side to side movements
Mobility help with walking device clients, and/or motorized clients
Our attendants are trained to user various mobility devices (ie; hoyer lift, gate belt)

Respite & Hospice

Our Respite & Hospice Services are designed to give the caring family member a moment or two to take care of themselves, by allowing them the time needed to take care of various business or personal responsibilities.

Relieve caring family members who may need to go to work, shopping or on vacation
Night Owl Service, allows the family member a peace of mind and a good nights sleep
Companionship & Sitter services, reading, word puzzles, computer usage, walking, etc.
Terminal Care assistance available for both day, night and weekend coverage
Home Safety review and implementation, along with universal health precautions

Shopping & Errands

We will schedule time to make sure your loved one has the household items that are vital for a healthy life style. We will shop for you within 2-3 miles of your home, we will make sure to purchase only what you request and to provide you with a receipt and recorded record of every shopping transaction.
